Common Questions
Build Kit FAQ
What's included in a build kit?
Every kit includes pre-cut timbers to your spec, all structural hardware (bolts, brackets, connectors), an assembly guide, and lumber labeled for sequence. Some kits include pre-drilled holes and pre-assembled subframes.
How is the kit shipped?
Kits ship via flatbed freight. We coordinate with reliable freight carriers and package everything to arrive undamaged. Freight costs are quoted with your estimate.
Do I need a contractor to assemble?
Many customers assemble with a small crew and basic equipment. We provide clear instructions. For larger structures, we recommend a local contractor or can provide install coordination.
What are lead times?
Standard kits typically ship in 3–6 weeks. Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity. We'll confirm timing when you request a quote.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship build kits and raw timber internationally. See our Export page for details, or note it on your estimate request.
